Food for Thought: BIG NEWS! We are fiscally sponsored!

I am so excited to announce that my company, ELSCO Dance, is officially fiscally sponsored by Fractured Atlas. This is amazing news for furthering my company. With this sponsorship I am able to finally apply for grants, fundraise and have a platform to grow my company. I am also excited that it happened on 12/12/12! What a lucky day for me and ELSCO Dance!

So with this exciting news, I decided to start a company page for ELSCO Dance. If you have not done so already, please go "LIKE" the page for all the video, info, and performance updates. On the Facebook page will also be where I will be looking for viewer recommendations. A part of ELSCO Dance is a deep interaction with my audience. I want to hear what YOU want to see. What theme would you like to see for the next piece? What music would you like to suggest? Do you write/compose music and what to get it out into a different environment? ELSCO would love to dance to it! We will be doing these recommendation status' on the page and we can't wait to collaborate with you to get more material for the company. We are excited to have you be involved with ELSCO Dance. Click here to go to ELSCO Dance Facebook page!

Also, if you find it in your heart this year, I would love a donation to ELSCO Dance as my Christmas Present. Donating to ELSCO Dance is tax-deductible (hooray!) but it will also fund the company to rent studio space, pay the dancers for their time, and get us on our way to our first company season! How sweet would that be? Donate now to ELSCO Dance!

I am so proud and excited to see what will happen to ELSCO in 2013. We hope to see you there too!

All the Best,

Ellenore Scott

Video Sampler: HENNE Trailer Live!

HELLO! Long time no talk, followers. I hope you are well! I am very excited to announce that above trailer is from the evening length work I set on the awesome dance company in Norway called Glow Dance Company. HENNE premiered at the Sandnes Kulturhus on August 29th, 2012 to a packed house. I finally have the footage from the show and I'm so excited to be sharing it with you guys. Please let me know what you think and leave a comment on the video!

Also, Happy (early) Holidays! As we are getting ready for the holiday season I am starting to put together 2013 schedule for ELSCO Dance. Let me know what you think ELSCO should do next! Have any suggestions of themes, music, costumes, ideas? I would gladly appreciate it.

Thanks y'all! And I hope you enjoy the video.

Much love,

Elle
